JACKSON EPSTEIN GALLERY

KAMP Gallery welcomed Brooklyn based artist Jackson Epstein for his debut show on May 19th, 2023.

Jackson’s show, titled Sedimentary Heap, continues his exploration of world building with amorphous figuration and spatially deceptive compositions. Jackson’s pieces consist of an assortment of layered organisms, objects, and abstract forms, bound together to create a primordial architecture focused on the sum of its parts. Each piece encourages an exploration between the viewer and subject, giving freedom to examine each imagined space’s intricacies or to view them as a whole.

Jackson was joined by musician and frequent collaborator, POISONFROG, to DJ the opening of the show. Sedimentary Heap is available to view via private appointment through June 2023.
